Molemo is the first born of Jackie Maarohanye popularly known as Mama Jackie. He has four other siblings. He also attended music school Drakenserg Boys High where he did not last even three months.

Describing the school he said everything was black and nature was playing havoc with his mind. He called his mother who promptly took him out and he went to The Ridge School for Boys in Westcliff. He studied his sophomore years up to senior years at Laguodia National School for the Arts in Manhattan New York where he majored in Drama.

He used Sarafina as his audition for acceptance. While in New York where he stayed for five years he worked with Jamal Joseph who is a producer and also a Black Panther member who featured him in his first docu-movie called Drive By and his second movie was called Full Court Press with Da Brat.

Molemo started doing commercials at the age of nine when he did an Inkomazi commercial with David Phetoe and Coca Cola with Doctor Khumalo.

He had a six-year contract with the brand where he teamed with other soccer stars like Shane McGregor and Fani Madida. He also did a Freshca commercial with Hakeem Kae Kazim. After his introduction through commercials he ventured into television world after joining an agency.

He started with Road to Health Show with K-TV before doing Umshaya Ding Dong, an educational youth drama directed by Teboho Mahlatsi of Yizo Yizo fame. The show saw him scooping an Avanti for Best Male Actor. He also presented Inside Info, Ezimtoti, on Channel O, Jam Alley, Simunye Grooves and guest presented for Selimathunzi.
